Begin by forming your Rebel Diner team. Gather as many friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, etc. as possible and you're ready to go!

Next, identify a restaurant that is in defiance. Talk with the owner and reserve a space for 25-35.

Notify the Rebel Diner team as to the location, date and time.  We have setTuesdays as a standing appointment in our schedules to help members plan.

Generally, one of the members offers to pay for lunch and asks that the rest of the diners tip as much as possible.

In the event there is not an offer for one to buy for the group then we recommend a minimum of 1.6 times the cost of food and beverage to be paid in.

Most importantly we ask the owner and his server(s) to join us for a toast to recognize and celebrate them.
